This Privacy Policy describes how Grand Launch Media LLC (“Marketfit,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Marketfit platform and services. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described here.
01What we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account data— name, email, password hash, login timestamps, IP address, and browser/device metadata.
- Campaign data— ideas, target audience, budget, brand assets, landing-page copy, and the AI-generated outputs we produce for you.
- Creator-discovery data— queries and results we obtain from third-party providers (e.g., Modash, ScrapeCreators) on your behalf to help you source creators.
- Payment data— payment-method tokens, charge amounts, refund history, and the last-four digits of saved cards. We never see or store full card numbers; those go directly to Stripe.
- Usage data— pages visited, features used, errors encountered, and session telemetry used to improve the Service.
- Communications— emails you send us, support tickets, in-product feedback, and email notifications we send to you (open/click events).
02How we use it
We use information to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
- Plan, execute, and report on campaigns you launch;
- Source creators that match your brief and process payments to them;
- Send transactional emails (e.g., research-ready, creators-awaiting-approval, receipts);
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your campaign data to train models for other customers without explicit consent.
03Who we share with
We share data with the following categories of recipients only as needed:
- Payment processors — Stripe, Inc. for card processing, payouts, and tax reporting.
- Email delivery — Resend for transactional email.
- Creator data providers— Modash and ScrapeCreators for creator discovery and enrichment. Only the data necessary to fulfill your queries is shared.
- AI providers— Anthropic for language-model inference used in research, content, and analysis. Inputs and outputs are processed according to their data-use terms.
- Infrastructure — cloud hosting, databases, monitoring, and analytics providers.
- Legal and safety— regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
- Successors— an acquirer or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to equivalent confidentiality.
04Data retention
We retain account, campaign, and billing data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Payment records are retained for at least seven (7) years as required by tax and financial regulations. You may request earlier deletion of non-essential personal data; we will honor such requests where legally permissible.
05Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights including: access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and the right to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@send.marketfit.io. We will respond within 30 days. Some data we hold for legal or business-record reasons may not be deletable until applicable retention periods elapse.
06Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to (i) keep you logged in, (ii) remember preferences, and (iii) measure usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies on the application surface.
07Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, encrypted database backups, access controls, secret-management hygiene, and audit logging on sensitive endpoints. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; if you suspect a breach, contact hello@send.marketfit.io immediately.
08International transfers
Marketfit is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your data may be processed in the U.S. or in countries where our service providers operate. We rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required by law.
09Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.
10Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice and will require re-acceptance before continued use. The version and effective date appear at the top of this page.
